Superior quality grilled red peppers prepared by a family producer in Puglia and so lightly cooked that you can still relish their natural texture. Fresh, sweet red bell peppers are roasted over volcanic rock, then skinned by hand and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. They are a deliciously sweet and juicy addition to salads and sandwiches, or can be enjoyed as an antipasto snack on bruschetta. -

Torre de Nunez is a traditional family business with many years experience in making chorizo. Chorizo, ideal in size for tapas, made with a selection of Duroc breed lean pork and streaky bacon, seasoned with salt, paprika and garlic, stuffed into natural casing. It is then subjected to the appropriate ageing process which is characterised by its red colour and delicious smell and flavour. -

Torre de Núñez has been dedicated to the production of quality Chorizo sausages for more than 50 years. Tradition and artisanal treatment of the product are the motto of their work. First-class cuts of fresh Duroc pork meat (panceta and shoulder) are blended with purple garlic from the Las Pedroñeras region, DO La Vera Hot Paprika and salt. It is then, stuffed into a natural casing and lightly cured in a cellar. This chorizo presents a deep red colour and balanced flavour, with a soft aroma of paprika. Great for cooking unique dishes. -
