Out of stockA boon for professional chefs and aspiring foodies alike, these practical, ever-fresh ready to use herbs elevate easy home cooking to another level. Seggiano herbs are biodynamically grown on a single estate family farm in southern Italy and harvested when each is at its most potent, so even a smidgen is packed full of flavour. The De Bartolomeis farm, located a little inland from the Almalfi Coast in La Campagna, use a quality organic extra virgin olive oil in the curing process and naturally remove some of the moisture with Sicilian rock salt, which helps the herbs continue to taste fresh for months in the fridge after opening - they remain moist so a single jar will go a long way, adding vibrant aromas to countless dishes. -

Reginette is brilliant with mushroom sauces and captures the sauce in all its ‘little queen’ folds. Made using either Einkorn or Emmer wheat grown on the Dartington Estate or in Somerset under organic conditions. The Einkorn Pasta is low in gluten and needs to be boiled briefly and keeps cooking when warm - treat it gently, just like your gut wants to be. Emmer wheat is the godmother of all other wheat and makes a sublime pasta that is smooth, tasty and has bite. The Emmer wheat is a little more robust compared to Einkorn. -

These Ramen Noodles are made with only Devon water and a majority mix of Mulika and Olands flours, plus a small amount of Kansui – the essential traditional Japanese ingredient for Ramen Noodles. The result is a medium - dark noodle with a warm, wheaty and slightly nutty flavour. Cook gently and with passion for 1 to 2 mins. Take off the heat when the middle of the noodle has bite, plate up and they will cook a little more. Great in stir fries, or any Ramen dish.

There is a thin little bottle that I buy for my dishwasher and it cleans out all the tubes and tanks, so my dishwasher functions better, for longer. For myself I buy a fat little bottle called “Novo” and if I eat florets of parboiled broccoli drizzled generously with this raw oil, I know that I will function better for longer! Novo is pressed from the first olives of the new harvest. It is moss green and it is strong and bitter. It is perfect with vegetables or with fresh crusty bread. We are selling these by the single bottle because it is definitely one for aficionados and healthy food hunters!
