Fettuccini is brilliant with mushroom sauces, and obvs, makes perfect cacio e pepe . Made using either Einkorn or Emmer wheat grown on the Dartington Estate or in Somerset under organic conditions. The Einkorn Pasta is low in gluten and needs to be boiled briefly and keeps cooking when warm - treat it gently, just like your gut wants to be. Emmer wheat is the godmother of all other wheat and makes a sublime pasta that is smooth, tasty and has bite. The Emmer wheat is a little more robust compared to Einkorn. -
A cracker produced from ancient wheats - grown, harvested and stone milled in the heart of Devon. The sourdough is mixed with honey, olive oil, Devon sea salt and Kampot black pepper and partnered with King Oyster mushrooms to form a light sourdough cracker reflecting hints of sea salt, gentle heat and umami mushroom.

Hand selected and traditionally cured organic single estate olives from the Rovies grove on the island of Evia in Greece. Odysea green olives are stored with a touch of extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar. Rovies is one of a handful of groves that continues to harvest their olives by hand. This traditional method reduces the likelihood of bruising and damage to the fruit. The olives are cured the same day as harvested and packed, by hand, on site.
