This harissa blend with its Tunisian inspired flavours, combines the savoury, warming notes of cumin & coriander, with some chilli heat and characteristic subtle anise flavour from caraway. Harissa is the Middle East's answer to an all purpose blend.

This Mulled Wine blend combines a base of cinnamon & orange peel along with allspice, star anise & clove to cut through and complement the rich flavour of red wine. They also include nutmeg & bay to add depth of flavour along with black pepper for bit of warmth. Each tin contains 3 x 10 gr sachets with each sachet enough for 1 - 1.5 litres of mulled wine.

These sweet and creamy organic vanilla pods with their floral flavour, are imported from Hill and Vale's partner farmer co-operative in the Diana region of north eastern Madagascar. Hill and Vale have set up their own supply chains with farmers so they can guarantee fair pay & full traceability, as well as a consistently great tasting product.

This Mulled Cider blend combines a base of cinnamon & orange peel with juniper to complement the sweet apple flavours of cider. They also include rosemary & nutmeg to add depth of flavour along with ginger & black pepper for festive warmth. Each tin contains 3 x 10 gr sachets with each sachet enough for 1 - 1.5 litres of mulled cider.
