Damaged Goods

Upon receipt of your order, if any of your products are damaged please call us immediately on 01548 559177 or email us at orders@grfinefoods.co.uk. Please send us an explanation of the issue, a copy of your order number and a photograph of the damaged product. If the products are damaged through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the item/s concerned.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after it is placed, please contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to halt delivery and reverse the transaction. Please note that cancellation charges may apply.

Changing your Mind

When shopping online you have the right to a ‘cooling-off’ period of 30 days in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015), whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to the seller. Please contact us if you wish to exercise this right and we will honour our obligations.
