There is a thin little bottle that I buy for my dishwasher and it cleans out all the tubes and tanks, so my dishwasher functions better, for longer. For myself I buy a fat little bottle called “Novo” and if I eat florets of parboiled broccoli drizzled generously with this raw oil, I know that I will function better for longer! Novo is pressed from the first olives of the new harvest. It is moss green and it is strong and bitter. It is perfect with vegetables or with fresh crusty bread.
