Orange blossom honey is harvested in May from hives placed in orchards in Argolida, close to ancient Mycenae. The fertile land of Argolida boasts vast citrus groves and accounts for a high percentage of the total Greek production of oranges. -

This limited edition Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is harvested just before the olives ripen and while they are still young and very green — between 25th October and 11th November to be exact. This early harvest locks in a high polyphenol content, which contributes to the oil’s unique, peppery taste. Perfect drizzled over fresh tomatoes, grilled vegetables or salads, and you can even take a daily dose of 1.5tbsp to regularly benefit from its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Contains a minimum of 250mg Polyphenol per kilo of olive oil. -

Hand made in small batches when Morello cherries are in season. Unlike many jams & conserves, the cherries are preserved whole in a sweet, thick syrup and retain their firm texture. These Kew compotes are inspired by the Greek custom of spoon sweets. Made when fresh fruit is in abundance and preserved for the colder months, guests are traditionally offered a spoon of compote next to a cup of Greek coffee and a glass of water, in a true gesture of hospitality and connection through food. Try a dollop of decadently sweet Morello Cherry Compote with thick Greek yoghurt and ice cream, serve with pancakes or add it to your favourite cheesecake recipe. -
