This chocolate bar is made from cocoa beans grown on the slopes of the Rwenzori mountains in Uganda and soaked in a blend of rums fermented, distilled and spiced in Exeter by Two Drifters Distillery. The result is a boozy, fruity and mildly spiced dark chocolate which showcases the cacao and the rum equally.

This white chocolate gets its lovely caramelised colour and taste by toasting the milk powder in the oven before adding it to the melanger (grinder used in small-batch chocolate making). The toasted milk is combined with delicate Colombian cocoa butter and raw cane sugar. The result - a delicious and creamy, caramel biscuit flavoured bar.

This very very hot and fruity chilli sauce is made with Bhut Jolokia chillies (aka. Ghost or Naga) which have been recorded at over 1 million Scoville Heat Units. There is no chilli extract in this product - it is just Bhut Jolokia chillies, red peppers, spirit vinegar and a little salt. The combination of chillies and peppers create a great tasting sauce with a powerful punch of heat. A few drops go a long way, and one bottle lasts a long time. Add a couple of drops to a chilli or curry for a great shot of heat; if you like things even hotter, add a few drops to any plate of food at the table! -

Fettuccini is brilliant with mushroom sauces, and obvs, makes perfect cacio e pepe . Made using either Einkorn or Emmer wheat grown on the Dartington Estate or in Somerset under organic conditions. The Einkorn Pasta is low in gluten and needs to be boiled briefly and keeps cooking when warm - treat it gently, just like your gut wants to be. Emmer wheat is the godmother of all other wheat and makes a sublime pasta that is smooth, tasty and has bite. The Emmer wheat is a little more robust compared to Einkorn.
