O-Med is a small olive mill based in Ácula (Granada) Spain, and their products are used by the most highly regarded chefs throughout Europe. This Picual extra virgin olive oil has a very intense fruitiness of green olives to the smell with stands out with notes of tomato, and green fruits such as bananas and apples, along with herbs such as rosemary. Tastes like artichoke, olive leaf, nuts and an intense flavour of green walnut. A very balanced Extra Virgin Oilve Oil that goes well with cold meats, tomato salad and baking mixtures. -

This chocolate bar is made from cocoa beans grown on the slopes of the Rwenzori mountains in Uganda and soaked in a blend of rums fermented, distilled and spiced in Exeter by Two Drifters Distillery. The result is a boozy, fruity and mildly spiced dark chocolate which showcases the cacao and the rum equally.

This white chocolate gets its lovely caramelised colour and taste by toasting the milk powder in the oven before adding it to the melanger (grinder used in small-batch chocolate making). The toasted milk is combined with delicate Colombian cocoa butter and raw cane sugar. The result - a delicious and creamy, caramel biscuit flavoured bar.

This chocolate is much hotter than any other chocolates in the chilli chocolate range, but is still a great taste combination! This Chilli Chocolate also makes a great addition to chilli con carne recipes, to give your meal a rich colour and flavour. The chocolate is still handmade and each box contains at least 80g of handmade chocolate 'slices' (a cross between a slab and a wafer). -
