We are delighted to present these Gordal olives, pitted and marinated for the fine tables of a famous London restaurant. They were offered to GR Fine Foods because of a labelling error which has now been corrected with an over-label. The olives themselves are fleshy and just the right texture, bursting with flavour! The marinade is herby with a hint of chilli and zest of lime, leaving a pleasant citrus taste mingling with the olive experience. A limited opportunity which is not to be missed! -

Hand selected and traditionally cured organic single estate olives from the Rovies grove on the island of Evia in Greece. Odysea green olives are stored with a touch of extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar. Rovies is one of a handful of groves that continues to harvest their olives by hand. This traditional method reduces the likelihood of bruising and damage to the fruit. The olives are cured the same day as harvested and packed, by hand, on site. -
