Villa Chili Fumé is really a very special cheese. This is a farmstead cheese that is smoked and with added chili flakes to give it a spicy taste. Made of thermized cow’s milk and matured for about 8 weeks. Nice and soft, creamy in texture, spicy and full of flavour.
