Shropshire Blue 250g – 500g


Made from pasteurised cows’ milk in a similar way to Stilton, this beautiful soft cheese with a sharp, strong flavour and a slightly tangy aroma and creamy texture. The orange colour is due to the natural annatto colouring added to it, with contrasting deep blue veining.  The cheese has a deep orange-brown, natural rind and matures for a period of 10–12 weeks. A great cheese to crumble into salads, eat with figs and fruit and enjoy with port and red wines.
