An outstanding organic tomato salsa made from freshly harvested cherry tomatoes, grown on the coastal plains of Southern Sicily. The natural sugars and tomato flavours concentrate during the cooking process while the nutrients and full spectrum tomato flavours are preserved by minimum, indirect heat. This makes the perfect gazpacho, ready base for pasta sauce or soup.
