A delicate combination of tangy lemon peel paired with the slightly honeyed flavour of Wensleydale. The smell of the citrus is just as tantalizing to the senses as the flavour itself. Lemon Crumble is produced by one of the great Lancashire cheesemaking families, JJ Sandham from Barton near Preston. A flaky and crumbly textured cheese, this is a great palette cleanser at the end of a meal.
