A cracker produced from ancient wheats – grown, harvested and stone milled in the heart of Devon. The sourdough is mixed with honey, olive oil, Devon sea salt and Kampot black pepper and partnered with King Oyster mushrooms to form a light sourdough cracker reflecting hints of sea salt, gentle heat and umami mushroom.
