A cracker produced from ancient wheats – grown, harvested and stone milled in the heart of Devon. The sourdough is mixed with honey, olive oil, Devon sea salt and seaweed hand-dived in Caithness to form a light sourdough cracker reflecting hints of the sea and subtle floral notes.
