These Cornichons in vinegar are sourced from Greece and have a mildly sweet, tart flavour. They are ideal for both adding flavour and texture to a dish or used as a garnish. Prepared using small, crunchy cornichons in brine and vinegar. They are particularly good with fish, a great addition to an antipasti board and an essential ingredient of Sauce Tartare.
