This simple and warming recipe is perfect for the colder months.

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken breast/2 chicken thighs (skinned and diced)

1 medium size potato (sliced)

1/2 white mushroom (sliced)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 butter mushrooms (sliced)

1 small leek (white part only sliced)

1 Namoh Curry Sauce/2 tablespoons natural yoghurt

METHOD

1 – Marinate the chicken with 2 tbsp of yoghurt and 2 tbsp of Namoh Curry sauce for 30 minutes.

2 – Add oil in a pan and sauté all the veg for 5 minutes and add the marinated chicken and Namoh Curry sauce. Mix all together.

3 – Add 200ml of water into the pan and cook until the chicken is cooked through.

4 – Serve with steamed rice or nann bread (or both!) and enjoy.
